This class will enrich children in musical knowledge in the areas of rhythm, tempo, tones and basic music theory. Children will learn through active participation in a group setting. The use of several different instruments will make this class fun and exciting for the students. This class will prepare your child with the skills necessary to begin lessons on an instrument. Classes are once a week on Wednesday afternoon. Beginning the first week of June, class will be held in the morning.

(Children must be potty trained to attend.)

About our Instructor:
Ann-Nicole Sitter has been a preschool teacher for 9 years. She is currently directing and teaching at On My Own Preschool in Dyer. She is also CPR certified. She enjoys working with children and teaching music to them is one of her favorite things to teach them! She is skilled on both violin and flute. She began playing violin when she was 4 years old. She continued to study violin all the way into her college years. She picked up the flute in 4th grade and continued to study that through college as well. She performed with the Northwest Indiana Youth Symphony and the Protege Philharmonic for many years. She now enjoys playing professionally with the Silverwood Trio all over Northwest Indiana and the Chicagoland area. Ann-Nicole is excited to begin this new class at Andy's Music! WELCOME NICOLE!!!!
